I just ordered the first season of Scrubs from Deep Discount DVD for $31.80 with free shipping. Once I see if I'm happy with them, I might use them for future orders. They have lovely free shipping and very decent prices.

I've had generally good luck with DD DVD. The free shipping is a little slow, but most of the time that's not a huge problem. Do keep in mind that you have a month to return anything that has problems - we have a DVD set that skipped in the fifth disc, and they wouldn't take it back because it had been more than a month.

But other than that, they make me happy. :)

SCRUBS!! I LOVE that show!! If I owned a DVD player I would buy the first season. More proof that you should move to STL to live with me and be my lesbian lover ;P

It's a joke that started when we went down to UE for graduation and were talking to Dr. Becker. And De was saying, "Well, I might just pick up and go anywhere" and I was saying, "You better call me first or I'll kick your ass." And then basically I started to think about how Dr. Becker only ever reallt saw me with De, and we're always talking about going places together so now I think Dr. Becker thinks we're lesbian lovers. ;)

*pines for Sex and the City DVDs* It's been 8 business days since they were shipped. If they are not here on Friday I will throw a fit.

This is my first order with Deep Discount, but others have told me that they're pretty good. And I'm all about the free shipping. In the future though I will check their prices with Amazon. Turns out the Sex and the City DVDs I bought are just about the same price at Amazon and would have qualified for Amazon's free shipping (which in my experience, usually arrives 3 to 5 business days after shipment).

Yeah, I checked the prices with Amazon. Scrubs would have been $36 and change with free shipping. I got it for $31. I'm willing to wait for the savings.

However, Amazon has the second season available for pre-order for $27.99 or something close to that while DD DVD has it for $31.80. So I'll be ordering the second season from Amazon unless the price goes up before I can afford it.
