Deductions
Sep. 5th, 2003 12:46 pmI'm going to like Fridays, I can tell. If they stay like this, that is. I may eventually use the freedom of the morning to go to the office and get copyediting done but that's okay with me. I don't have a problem with that. I like having my mornings open to use for other things.
So far I've finished reading Moll Flanders, gone to lunch, picked up my package of calendars from Safety and Security and edited my Non-Fiction assignment. After I make the necessary changes, I'll read through it once more and then call it done. It may not be the best thing in the world but I like it.
Tonight, I'm free. Tomorrow, I'm spending with Mom. Tomorrow night I'm free. Sunday I have an SAB interview at 1pm, a Writers' Guild meeting at 2pm and then a LinC meeting at 7pm. So this weekend will not be terribly busy but it will also not be as leisurely as it could have been.
Mom's going to want to know what I want for my birthday. Chris has also been hinting along those lines and I told him I'd think about it. I want an MP3 player but I don't know if I need it. I feel that I should ask for something useful. Like shoes. My Wal-mart shoes are not capable of withstanding all the running around that I have to do for OTS. Yet, I don't really want shoes for my birthday. I don't know. I'll have to think about it, which just means I'm going to put off thinking about it for a little longer.
EDIT: Corey, I have a CD in my room that I burned for you. You can come get it whenever.
