Have I mentioned recently that I still don't have the thrid issue of LSH? Well, I don't.

I have every other issue, but the third still ceases to appear.

I refuse to continue calling these people and getting no answers. I'll just have to try and get to a comic book store so I can buy it.

ETA: And, as much as I like Firefly, I'm getting tired of my mood theme. Maybe I'll change it this weekend. I mean, I'll probably be left alone. Again.

Things that Annoy Me; Log #1108

Customers who call and think that threatening to leave our service will make me magically have the authority to lower our DSL prices. Yes, I understand that our prices are not as competitive as they could be. Yes, I know you're paying more money than you'd like. But telling me about this will not get the rates lowered, it only annoys me to the point where I consider disabling your account at random points during the day in order to show you that karma is a bitch.

And, yes, of course, I'll ask my boss about it. Because he doesn't have nearly enough morons to deal with on a daily basis.
