My insurance company will do nothing, nothing for me because of the fact that my coverage does not include collision. All they suggested was that I call the U-Haul insurance back and ask for a supervisor to see if I could get it sped up that way. And now my phone is dropping toll free calls every bloody time I try to dial them.

Also called up the shop that worked on my car this last time, and they are going to cut me a check for $50. I paid $172 this last time. I still think they should have noticed that hose (that connects to the water pump) when they were in there fixing the water pump about two weeks ago. But whatever. I simply will not take my car back there. So, let's see, in the past, mmmmm, three months, I've paid them about $262 for the starter (9/1), $313 for the water pump (10/17) and now $172 for this hose (11/14). Alright, so a month. Looking at the dates, I'm not that upset about it, esp since I'm going to be getting $50 back and hopefully I have replaced enough shit that the motherfucker will stop breaking now.

However, it is still more money than I can afford.

My phone finally decided to call toll free numbers (what is up with that, phone?) so I called the U-Haul insurance agency. Spoke to an operator who looked up the claim number for me and then transferred me over to the adjuster.

Who said that she had not returned any of my messages because she could not understand my last name.

...right. She was just hoping I'd go the fuck away.

So now I need to get two written estimates, copy my title and registration (they said either but I'm doing both because I'm tired of the run around) and color photos (which I have) to send to them.

Which makes tomorrow estimate getting time.

And also maybe picking up that check since I'll be out and about. Although it is on the other side of the city.

We shall see.
