I've had generally good luck with DD DVD. The free shipping is a little slow, but most of the time that's not a huge problem. Do keep in mind that you have a month to return anything that has problems - we have a DVD set that skipped in the fifth disc, and they wouldn't take it back because it had been more than a month.
