Just finished watching The Pacifier. God, that was horrible.

The pork loin I made, however, was quite good. Mixed together some olive oil, honey mustard, garlic powder, sage, pepper, onion powder and salt that I brushed onto the loin before roasting it in the oven. Next time, I may spice it up a little, but it was good. I really enjoy pork tenderloin.

Isn't it? I love pork tenderloin. We've been clearing out my grandmother's freezer and have about four little ones left. My dad wants to thaw them, smash them and bread them for sandwiches. An idea that makes me sad.

It was pretty tasty though next time I'd probably add a bit more to it (the recipe called for small amounts of everything, which I increased and was still disappointed) plus I'd probably scour the loin so that more of the flavour suffuses the meat. But it was good.
