dreamcatchingsThe SJC jewelry has been coming in over the last few days. So far, nine pieces have arrived, four of which are mine. I'm quite happy with the quality of the silver and the stones, even though some of the pieces are smaller than I had originally hoped but then that's what you get from buying off the internet and looking at the sizing of the piece but not understanding just how big or small 3/4 inch is, etc. I'm still quite happy with it. Their ring sizing so far has been true to form. Meaning the size 8 ring I got as a present for a friend fits my size 8 finger. Thusly the size 9 I got for a friend fits like a size 9: falling off. This gives me great hopes about buying rings for myself.
In other news, Craig told me to go ahead and schedule a wireless install for my house this week. Trouble with that is the fact that Dad and Uncle Jimmy have decided that this week is clearing out Grandma's house as soon as possible in order to sell it week. Which is something of a *head desk* moment for me. Tomorrow--my day off--I'm headed down there with Dad to go through things, pick out what I like and pack it. Should be interesting. So now we're faced with the problem of where to put all this stuff because my uncle doesn't want any of it. None. Nada. Zilch. Our house is big but it's not big enough to accomodate all of our furniture as well as all the furniture from a second house.
T minus 7 until my birthday.
