My SD card arrived today. Unfortunately, I spotted it a little too late to upload it with any songs. Damn. But I did let Dale open it and go ahead and put it in once I got to work. Whee. More music.

Then last night I ordered some comics through Mile High. I got #1-11 of the original New Mutants run, #7, 8, 9, 10, 12 of the second run of Runaways and then the two TPBs of the second Excalibur run. With their sale and the 30% discount code I had, I ended up dropping the total from $62 to $49 and that's with free shipping.

So we have someone with a wireless account with us. Turns out they also had not one but two dial-up accounts with us in the past. Neither of which they've paid for and now they're not paying for their wireless, either. The bill is at about $200 and something. So we shut them off. About ten minutes later, he calls. I transfer him to Sue because she's in charge of billing, and I really don't want to deal with it. Less than a minute after Sue gets off the phone, I get another call. The background noise sounds exactly the same as the guy I transfered to Sue so I pull up his information just in case. The lady tells me she wants to set up a new wireless account. The best thing about wireless is we have to get their information ahead of time to see if we can even get a signal before we schedule the install or anything. She says she knows she can get a signal because the person who just moved out of their had one. I tell her it's policy and get her information, which is the same address as the guy we just turned off. I tell Sue. She calls him back and tells him that this constitutes fraud and if he continues, we'll file charges not only for the money he owes us but also for fraud. The lady calls back, wanting to speak to Sue. I transfer her. Sue comes back to tell us (Dale and I) about what the lady has said, that we (the business) have no right to be mean and rude to our customers. That this guy doesn't have a job, and she should be able to transfer the service over into her name if she wants. Sue explains that said customer has not paid and thusly we can take courses of action in order to ensure that he pays. Lady wants to talk to Craig. Sue says she'll give Craig the message. Two minutes later, the same lady calls and asks to speak to the manager. I tell her Craig is out. She says she'll call back.

I went ahead and printed out the form for the guy and the one for her showing that it's the same address. Sue has checks with both of their names on it. Lady said that guy didn't have a job. So? He still owes us money. If they want that account turned back on, why doesn't lady just pay it? Because they're scam artists that's why.

ETA: And now she calls back about every 15 minutes wanting to talk to Craig or Sue. But, boy howdy, do we ever have a paper trail on these people.
